Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to send your return back to us. We do not provide return shipping labels or covered costs for your returns. It is the customers responsibility to cover all return shipping costs unless we are at fault for any defects of the products newly received by the customer without intentional use. If we are at fault we will reimburse you for covered shipping costs after you have sent the item(s) back to us and have provided a receipt of the amount spent and tracking number with a carrier of your choice.

To be eligible for a full refund, your returned item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to verify your identity in how we reimburse your funds. 

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@candourclub.co. We will then provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Prepare photos of any defects and your order number so we can solve any issues in a timely manner.


Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards, items without original tags and have been used. 


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as all of our products are crafted individually and specially made upon fulfilled orders. You are welcome to reorder any time and we will refund you as soon as we have received your returned item(s).


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will have the option to receive a full refund to your original form of payment or a Candour Club gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to also process your refund after we have initiated it.
